    Replacement request will be entertained only if buyer ask in 7 days from date of delivery

    Wrong item delivered from ordered item (Only accepted if product is sealed and unused condition)

    Wrong color delivered from ordered item (Only accepted if product is sealed and unused condition)

    Missing parts or accessories (Customer must share video with Customer care team while opening the package in case of Empty Package/Quantity issue. )

NOTE : Return item will be shipped by customer and charges will be paid by customer in any circumstances.

Does E-SOPPY offer a guarantee or warranty policy?

Most products at E-SOPPY  are covered under a complimentary 7 Days replacement or refund  Warranty policy.

*In cases where Customer ordered wrong or incorrect model cartridge and requests for replacement than forward and return courier charges will be paid by customer.

Does E-SOPPY guarantee authenticity of its products?

We only sell 100% authentic products at E-SOPPY. We have our own brand ‘E-SOPPY’. Most of the products sold are under our own brand name. All of our products of other brands are sourced from authorized distributors and are premier quality.

How to request for replacement ?

If you received damaged or non working item you may simply ask for replacement by dropping Mail at info@esoppy.com or contacting us by creating ticket from Here

For quick resolution please provide some mentioned details:

    Order id of order you want replacement

    3 Images of delivered product and unpacking video (Video is mandatory if buyer gets physical damage product due to mishandling of courier company).

    If there is compatibility issue then customer have to share video showing error message and E-SOPPY cartridge sticker at time of installation.

    Customer must share video with Customer care team while opening the package in case of Empty Package/Quantity issue.

Note: Our executive may ask further information, images or video of delivered product for validation. Buyer must provide asked information, images or video within 5 days from asked date. If information, images or video not shared within 5 days then request will be cancelled and no further request will be entertained.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If customer request to cancel the order, if order is not shipped then as per our policy 2% payment processing charges will be deducted from total refund amount. If the customers order is dispatched from our side and then if they ask for cancellation 2% processing fee and shipping charges (forward and reverse both) will be deducted from refund amount.

REFUND PROCEDURE

We will process the refund after receipt of the product to our warehouse.

    In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in same account of customer buying the Product from where customer has paid the transaction amount.

    For cash on delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft/NEFT/Cheque etc. in favour of the customer buying the Products, as per the details provided by the customer.

Refunds / Returns shall NOT be allowed in the following cases:

    Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 7 days as specified above.

    In case where price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, box are missing.

    If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by our team at its sole discretion.

    If Product has been used by the customer.

Lost and Non delivery Policy

At E-SOPPY, we are committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and shipping-related issues.

    You may request a full refund after 15 days of your order date if order not delivered in 15 days after placing order

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within 60 days of the original shipment date, you are eligible for a full refund.

    Our system will automatically initiate a refund in this case. You do not need to contact us to request the refund.

    You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

    Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used. (It may take up to 3-4 business days for the credit to reflect in the customer account)
